'Next-Generation' Hotel Brands Get Some Time

Further to our own Lauren Darson's article on new hotel brands targeting the next generation of business travelers, Time magazine this week profiled the NYLOs and alofts of the hotel industry.

As Starwood Capital Group's Barry Sternlicht put it at this month's New York University International Hospitality Industry Investment Conference, "There is no need for another hotel, but there is a need for another experience."
